to find 6” by 8” full color fold-open “program” given out to those very lucky people in attendance at the
New York City Premiere of the band’s DVD. They were issued only on the night of May 27, 2003 at the
Loews Theater on 34th Street in New York City. Inside is info on the DVD and How The West Was Won;
the back has the DVD’s track listing. Comes with a DATED ticket stub from the event, marked “Courtesy”

was held at New York City’s Waldorf Astoria on January 12, 1995. The following three lots came directly
